Mahaffey & Gore

This three-level masonry building near Bricktown in Oklahoma City originally housed Oklahoma City’s first poultry processing plant. More recent occupants have included a variety of jazz clubs and office tenants. The McKinney Partnership Architects was charged to convert this historic structure into corporate offices for an established Oklahoma City legal firm. Granite flooring from an existing jazz bar and historic oak and glass doors were incorporated into the exposed masonry shell, resulting in a beautiful juxtaposition of old and new.
