Three Partners Place

This three-story 75,000 square foot building delivers cutting edge technological office space for a variety of corporate, academic, and research tenants. An inviting lobby flooded with natural light articulates access to each level, while expansive glazing allows natural illumination into all spaces. Open office tenant layouts provide day lighting and views to the exterior for most employees. Green Building guidelines were incorporated from the onset including cantilevered aluminum sunshades, recycled materials, and use of gray water for irrigation. Upon completion the project received LEED certification, the first to be designated so at the University of Oklahoma.
