From its original use as a garment factory and a short stint as the famed Cadillac Bar in Dallas, this single story industrial building was transformed into the corporate design hub for a national retail company.
Each product studio benefits from north clerestory illumination that affords design staff brilliant workspace from which to create next season's hot fashions.
An exposed white building structure and systems along with warm exposed masonry walls and stained concrete corridors provide an airy backdrop for creative minds to flourish.
