This first phase of a multi-building technological office complex was designed to accommodate an international weather concern. The two-story sky-lit central atrium affords light and ease of circulation to all areas of the building. The exterior is clad in aluminum composite panels and masonry and is shielded from the hot Oklahoma sun with cantilevered sun louvers on the south and west expanses of glass. This 52,000 square foot facility was designed, constructed, and occupied in just eleven months.
